Data driven experiments for an online sales product. We tracked the numbers across the the whole funnel of acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral. Our primary focus was on acquiring users and to activate the users in the service. Continuous measurement and fast learning to tweak the experience and improve the set KPIs.
